1. I was born in Mt. Alvernia hospital in Singapore
2. In the Year of the Earth Horse
3. I'm also a Yin Earth person.
4. I've got way too much Earth
5. My favorable elements are metal and water
6. That means my favorable colors are silver, bronze, gold, white, blue and black.
7. However I think I also look good in other colors like pink and green
8. My parents look like my elder siblings
9. Dad is a workaholic and perfectionist
10. Mum is a fashionholic and perfectionist
11. I got all the perfectionist genes from them
12. Which explains why I am the most kan cheong kid among my siblings
13. While the other two are at different levels of bochup-ness
14. And THAT's why I use the name 'bochup'
15. It's to remind me to be bochup
16. Because unfortunately I am anything but bochup
17. I am the eldest child
18. With a younger sister who's the exact opposite of me
19. And a younger brother who's apparently quite similar to me
20. I've never been particularly smart (no scholarships until recently)
21. But I think I pick things up pretty quickly
22. I was possibly a fanatic Christian in my youth
23. But now I avoid fanatic Christians like the plague
24. I'm not anti-Christian though
25. I have taken some Fengshui and Ba Zi classes
26. I am fascinated by how much one can see from eight Chinese characters
27. I like watching forensic/mystery shows
28. I also enjoy reality shows. Some of them.

30. I also like blogging
31. And some computer games (currently: Warcraft 3)
32. I graduated from the University of San Francisco in May 2001
33. With a BSc. in Marketing & Finance
34. I've never used the Finance bit of my degree in my work
35. My dad called me back to Singapore in 2002
36. To work in the family business
37. I have six really great girlfriends I've known since secondary school
38. We're part of the PU Club
39. Unfortunately we don't meet as often as we want to
40. Since we're not all in the same country at the same time
41. I've also got a favorite cousin
42. She saved me from having webbed hands when she was born
43. You see, my thumb was stuck to the rest of my hand
44. And that meant I couldn't wave properly. But she could
45. And since she was born just two months after me
46. My mum immediately noticed the difference
47. And I got an operation to separate my thumbs
48. Now they look like normal hands
49. Phew!
50. But I hold my chopsticks weird (you have to see to believe)
51. So I blame it on my abovementioned birth defect
52. I love food - eating more than cooking
53. Although I do like trying out new recipes occasionally
54. I love traveling just so I can try different cuisines
55. But I don't love exercising much
56. I am often planning my next meal
57. My dad taught me to be generous when it comes to food
58. And to scrimp on other areas
59. Unfortunately I haven't scrimped enough in other areas
60. And now I've hopefully turned over a new leaf
61. My mum taught me to be careful when it comes to food
62. So I try to watch my weight. But it's hard. (See point 52)
63. Besides eating, I also like working on cross-stitch
64. Although I think that caused my slight cross-eyed problem
65. I also like playing with stamps and making my own cards
66. But I haven't done that in a long while
67. I've had several automobile accidents.
68. Two of which happened in the span of nine months
69. I suffered whiplash in both
70. And my black Bochup (Honda Accord) was scrapped in the second one
71. Fortunately, I had already met Wen by then
72. He took really good care of me
73. And when I returned to Singapore, we decided to try long-distance
74. After about a year, Wen proposed
75. And that's how this site came about
76. It is the result of my mouth (nagging) and Wen's brain (coding)
77. We were 1/2 ceremonially married in Kaohsiung on 15 Jan 2005
78. Then fully ceremonially married in Singapore on 21 Jan 2005
79. And legally married in San Francisco on 28 March 2005
80. Before having our final reception in Boulder on 16 Apr 2005
81. We did two years and four months of long-distance
82. And now we're finally living under the same roof
83. No more long distance I hope *cross my fingers*

91. He pulled strings so I could be a Fellow while working for him
92. That means I have the bestest job among all the Fellows
93. But it also means I have the busiest job
94. So I need to work a little harder to maintain my 3.75 minimum GPA
95. I'm also part of the Cohort program
96. Where 12 of us were put in a couple of classes together
97. Friendships blossomed and we even had a baby shower for one of us
98. I will be graduating in Spring 2007
99. I hope to work for Williams Sonoma
100. But may take a short break to have a kid first
101. Eventually we hope to have 2 kids; no more, no less
